Black Rock is a high volume business model, but it is easier to operate than other full service restaurants. We serve top quality Certified Angus Beef steaks, but unlike traditional steak houses we leave the steak cooking to the customers. With customers cooking their own steak that allows us to reduce our staffing needs, almost eliminate waste and minimize service times to crease a simplified restaurant model. This also results in a small kitchen staff and does not require the highly trained chefs that other full service restaurants have. Black Rock provides an extensive training and support program to help you every step of the way. It all starts with at least four weeks of training at our corporate locations for your general manager, back of the house manager and one other key employee. This initial training occurs approximately 60 days prior to your restaurant opening and teaches your key management staff what they need to run your restaurant.

When you open your restaurant we also provide a training team to assist you at your location to help train your staff and to assist during your first week of business.
